Judgment (denominated an order), Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Schlesinger, J.), entered November 28, 2001, reversed, on the law, without costs, plaintiffs' motion denied, the injunction vacated and defendant's motion granted, and it is declared that Limited Liability Company Law § 206 is constitutional. Motion seeking leave to file amici curiae brief granted.
