Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 25, 2016 and October 31, 2016, respectively, And, an order of this Court entered on March 30, 2017 (M-678/M-889) having consolidated the aforesaid appeals, and enlarged the time to perfect same, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect two of the outstanding appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion including the stipulation of the parties dated September 19, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that this enlargement motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the stipulation of the parties dated September 19, 2017 (See M-3831, decided simultaneously herewith).
