This case was called for trial on January 24, 2023, at the Court's Dallas, Texas Trial Session which commenced on January 23, 2023. Jurisdiction of this case was retained by this Division of the Court at that time.
On February 1, 2023, petitioners filed with the Court a Motion to Correct Exhibit 251 of the Stipulation.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 3, 2023, respondent shall submit a response detailing any objection to petitioners' Motion to Correct Exhibit 251 of the Stipulation.
