By Order served November 8, 2021, the Court directed the parties, on or before February 7, 2022, to jointly or separately report to the Court as to the then-present status of this case and whether a supplemental Notice of Determination will be issued.

On January 4, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report and reported that the parties had agreed to hold a supplemental hearing on January 11, 2022. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
