Appeal from Circuit Court, Tuscaloosa County; Henry B. Foster, Judge.

Fred Barger was convicted of violating the prohibition law, and he appeals. Affirmed.

There is no bill of exceptions, and we find no error in the record. The judgment is affirmed. Affirmed.
