On July 28, 2023, petitioner's counsel, Matthew J. Howard, filed in these consolidated cases a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. The motion states that neither petitioners nor petitioners' other counsel object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 28, 2023, respondent shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of the motion.
