In this appeal, appellants filed a notice of appeal, seeking review of the trial court's order granting appellee's motion for summary judgment and dismissing all of appellants' claims against appellee as a matter of law. Appellants have now filed an agreed motion to dismiss, stating that the parties have settled their dispute and resolved all claims. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). According to appellants, because all issues forming the basis of this appeal have been resolved, this appeal should be dismissed. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See id. Costs of appeal are taxed against the party incurring same. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d).
