This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 21, 2022, for cases where Indianapolis, Indiana is the place of Trial.

On February 11, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioners do not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 11, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the March 21, 2022, Indianapolis, Indiana trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
