This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 3, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating additional time is needed for petitioner to obtain documents necessary for this case. The parties are continuing to work toward a settlement in this case. Respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 3, 2022, is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session, and is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
