It is Ordered that defendant-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless plaintiff-appellant perfects his appeal by no later then the March 2015 term - the filing deadline is January 7, 2015. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendant-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
