On March 6, 2024, this court issued an opinion and judgment affirming the trial court. Appellant's motions for rehearing and/or en banc reconsideration were due on March 21, 2024. On March 28, 2024, appellant filed an untimely motion for extension of time requesting until April 6, 2024 to file her motions for rehearing and/or en banc reconsideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.9 (authorizing appellate courts to extend time for filing motions for rehearing and en banc reconsideration if motion is filed within fifteen days after the last date for filing the motion). The request is GRANTED. Appellant's motions for rehearing and/or en banc reconsideration are due no later than April 8, 2024.
