This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York Trial Session scheduled to commence on January 22, 2024.

On December 22, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settlement, at docket entry 15; and respondent filed a Status Report, at docket entry 16, indicating the parties have resolved all issues in this case, as outlined in the Stipulation of Settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, New York City, New York, trial session. The case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 26, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
