On order of the Court, a stipulation signed by counsel for the plaintiffs-appellants and defendants-appellees/cross-appellants, Linzell and Johnstone Johnstone, Inc., agreeing to the dismissal of the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellants is considered, and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellants in Docket No. 110254(85) is dismissed with prejudice and without costs.
