ORDER

PER CURIAM

Theresa Marie Barbero appeals from the trial court's judgment following a bench trial on her personal injury claim against WoodSpring Suites St. Louis, St. Charles, LLC. Having reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, we conclude no reversible error occurred. A written opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b) (2022).
