Opinion

No. SC13–568.

2013-06-3

Larry James BARBER, Petitioner(s) v. STATE of Florida, Respondent(s).

Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent petitioner seeks mandamus relief against the Fourth District Court of Appeal, because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, the petition is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10 (Fla.2000). To the extent petitioner seeks other relief, the petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice to petitioner to seek relief in the appropriate court.

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
