ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 9) informing the Court that respondent's counsel has been unable to contact petitioner to discuss this case and requesting that the Court schedule a conference call between the parties so that the parties may proceed with preparing the case for the upcoming trial.

Court personnel attempted to contact petitioner by phone and email to schedule a conference call but were unsuccessful in reaching petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall contact the Chambers of the undersigned judge, at (202) 521-0760, no later than April 11, 2022, for the purpose of scheduling a conference call to discuss the current status of the case.
