This case was stricken from the Court's November 28, 2022, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session, and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed November 7, 2022, was held in abeyance. On January 20, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report requesting 60 days to file further reports or submit stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 27, 2023, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents to the Court, or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
