This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. The joint Motion for Continuance filed November 8, 2022, asks this division of the Court to remove the case from the trial calendar, retain jurisdiction, and order a status report on or before December 8, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, session of the Court and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before December 8, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
