Petitioner having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Mark W. Zimmerman, Esq., for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Chautauqua on February 13, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., dated September 24, 2018, and the affidavit of Mark W. Zimmerman, Esq., sworn to September 21, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Mark W. Zimmerman, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal.
