Prior to the trial session, on March 25, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. This case was called from the calendar at the Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco on April 18, 2022. Petitioner, Erin Sebastian Barbante, appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard on the motion. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed March 25, 2022, is granted, and this case is dismissed for Lack of Jurisdiction.
