On December 6, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the Stipulation of Settled Issues filed November 20, 2023, and the Status Report also filed November 20, 2023, petitioner requested that his Motion to Complete or Supplement the Administrative Record be withdrawn. Respondent's counsel represented that petitioner's request for further interest abatement remained under active review. Upon due consideration of the parties' representations during the call and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Complete or Supplement the Administrative Record is hereby withdrawn. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's upcoming San Francisco, California trial session scheduled to commence on December 11, 2023, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before February 5, 2024, file with the Court either a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a joint status report concerning the then-present status of this case.
