AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 138 — questions for jury in collision case. In action for personal injuries and property damage sustained when defendant's automobile ran into rear of plaintiff's automobile which had stalled in left lane of icy, four lane highway at night, whether plaintiff, an inexperienced driver, was contributorily negligent in going upon streets in stormy weather and whether plaintiff should have pulled to right of highway when her automobile commenced to sputter were for jury.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. T. J. COURTNEY, Judge, presiding.
