JUAN TINOCO BARAJAS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 199th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 199-81738-2019

ORDER

The reporter's record was initially due February 27, 2020. We granted three extensions of time, making the reporter's record due on April 3, 2020. When it was not filed, we ordered court reporter LaTresta Ginyard to file the record by May 27, 2020. We cautioned Ms. Ginyard that the failure to do so might result in the Court taking whatever remedies it has available to ensure that the record is filed and this appeal proceeds in a more timely fashion. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Ginyard has not communicated with the Court.

We ORDER court reporter LaTresta Ginyard not sit until the complete reporter's record in this appeal is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Angela Tucker, Presiding Judge, 199th Judicial District Court; to LaTresta Ginyard, court reporter, 199th Judicial District Court; to the Collin County Auditor's Office; and to counsel for all parties.
