This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York Trial Session scheduled to commence on January 22, 2024.

On December 29, 2023, at docket entry 10, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and expect to submit a decision document within sixty (60) days.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, New York City, New York, trial session. This case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 4, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
