This case was stricken from the Court's April 25, 2022, New York, New York, trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On April 20, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. (Doc. 16.) Upon review, it appears that the parties attached both the decision and the settlement stipulation in one document. Later the same day, the parties filed another proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 17) and the settlement stipulation (Doc. 18) in separate filings. We will strike Doc. 16.
