This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On April 1, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. We will ask the petitioner Paola Baque to file a response. If Ms. Baque does not file a response, the Court may grant the Commissioner's motion and enter a decision against her. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2022, Ms. Baque shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. 1
