In the Matter of Steven Banks, as Commissioner of Social Services of the City of New York, for an Appointment of a Guardian of the Personal Needs and Property Management of Ottia White, Petitioner-Respondent, v. Ottia White, Respondent-Appellant.


Respondent-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 16, 2016 and on or about June 14, 2016, and for leave to have the appeals heard on the original record(s) and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon the submission of further information addressing whether a further order or judgment has been entered, and also setting forth whether petitioner was represented by retained or assigned counsel in the Supreme Court, and if so, that she had served motion papers with all exhibits on said counsel.
