For the Appointment of a Guardian of the Personal Needs and Property Management of Piying Lin, Respondent, A Person Alleged to be Incapacitated, v. Wilson C. Chan, Appellant.


An order of this Court having been entered on February 28, 2017 (M-6090), denying appellant's motion for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 12, 2016, And appellant having moved for renewal of the aforesaid motion for poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. Sua sponte, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the January 2018 Term.
