Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on April 22, 1980, unanimously affirmed. Respondent shall recover of appellants $75 costs and disbursements of this appeal. Appeal from the order of said court entered March 3, 1980, unanimously dismissed, without costs and without disbursements, as subsumed in the judgment. The appeal from the order of said court entered on April 14, 1980, unanimously dismissed, without costs and without disbursements, as nonappealable (from an order denying reargument), and the appeal from the order of said court entered on April 14, 1980, denying consolidation, unanimously dismissed, without costs and without disbursements, as moot. No opinion.
