This case was consolidated on appeal with the suit entitled Matherne v. Guilliot, 544 So.2d 723 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1989), also decided on this date.

For reasons assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the instant suit is reversed.

Costs of this appeal are taxed to Lee Matherne, Jr.

REVERSED.
