Berger, Esq., and their employer, the law firm of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, LLP to demonstrate their authority to represent plaintiff-respondent on this appeal; disqualifying the aforesaid attorneys and said law firm from representing plaintiff-respondent in this action; and striking the respondent's brief and supplemental appendix, filed on March 24, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
