Upon consideration, appellee's motion for entry of order prohibiting appellant from assigning, transferring, and/or selling the note and mortgage; motion to vacate ex-parte order to substitute party plaintiff or in the alternative to correct the case style and amended request for judicial notice are hereby denied.
