This consolidated case is calendared for a remote trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 12, 2022, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial.

On June 14, 2022, Joseph S. O'Brien, counsel for respondent, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel, indicating therein that there is no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel filed June 14, 2022, is granted and Joseph S. O'Brien is withdrawn as counsel for respondent.
