ORDER

ALINA I. MARSHALL, JUDGE

On August 9, 2021, respondent filed a motion to disqualify counsel, requesting therein that counsel for petitioner, Kenneth M. Horwitz and Richard E. Young, be disqualified as counsel pursuant to Rules 24(g) and 201, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Furthermore, respondent represents in that motion that petitioner objects to the granting of respondent's motion to disqualify counsel.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 3, 2021, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion to disqualify counsel filed August 9, 2021.
