Judgment reversed on the law, in the interests of justice, and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, because of error in the exclusion of evidence at folios 51, 53, 54, 58, 59, 61 and 62 of the record on appeal. ( Tompkins v. Fonda Glove Lining Co., 188 N.Y. 261, 264. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Jaycox, Manning and Kelby, JJ., concur.
