ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 25, 2024, we instructed appellant's counsel, Adam Banks Brown, to file by August 5, 2024, a copy of his transmittal letter to appellant accompanying a copy of his Anders brief in which he informed appellant of the right to file a pro se brief and obtain a copy of the record by filing a motion for pro se access to the appellate record. See Kelly v. State, 436 S.W.3d 313 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014); see also Tex. R. App. P. 4.1(a). As of the date of this order, counsel has not filed a copy of his transmittal letter.

Accordingly, we order appellant's counsel, Adam Banks Brown, to file a copy of his transmittal letter within 10 days of the date of this order. If counsel fails to comply with this order, the appeal may be abated for appointment of new counsel.
