ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a reply to the State's answer (M-15) is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the miscellaneous motion "to compel the Department of Corrections to photocopy legal material" (M-16) is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time within which to "file and serve petition due to lack of copies" (M-17) is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for stay (M-18) is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file the notice of petition for certification as within time (M-113) is dismissed; and it is further ORDERED that the notice of petition for certification is dismissed.
