Appellant's counsel has filed a motion to withdraw. As amended, the motion does not fully satisfy Rule 6.5. Appellant's motion does not state the current deadlines and settings in the case, the appellant's name and last known address and telephone number, or that the appellant was notified in writing of his right to object to the motion. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5(a).

Accordingly, we deny the motion to withdraw, as amended, without prejudice to the refiling of a motion in compliance with Rule 6.5.
