ORDER

Upon due consideration of the Substitution of Counsel for Respondent, filed November 4, 2021, the Court notes that the Certificate of Service attached thereto does not indicate that service was made on petitioner Adriana Ballard at her mailing address on the Court's records.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 10, 2022, respondent shall file an amended Certificate of Service with respect to the Substitution of Counsel for Respondent. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Substitution of Counsel for Respondent.
