This case is currently set for trial at the Court's February 28, 2022, San Diego, California trial session. On February 3, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On February 11, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed February 3, 2022, is denied. It is further
