DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated July 27, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by Christopher Hammond, Esq. By letter dated September 21, 2018 by Mr. Hammond, he requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated October 23, 2018, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated October 31, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 3, 2018. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
