No appearance for respondent.


Petition of the State by its Attorney General for certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of that court in Ball v. State, Ala.Cr.App., 337 So.2d 31, which was granted on July 6, 1976, and submitted to the Court on briefs July 26, 1976, is quashed as being improvidently granted.

WRIT QUASHED.
