Balkcom v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jan 15, 1992
591 So. 2d 680 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 90-2209.

January 15, 1992.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County; R. Hudson Olliff, Judge.

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and Kathleen Stover, Asst. Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Amelia L. Beisner, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.

The challenged judgment of conviction is affirmed. Although the court orally sentenced the appellant to a specific term of imprisonment, the written sentencing order does not recite the length of the sentence. This case is accordingly remanded for correction of the omission in the sentencing order.

SMITH, ZEHMER and ALLEN, JJ., concur.
