JOSEPH MICHAEL BALINT, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Joseph H. Gale, Judge.

By Order served September 26, 2023, the Court directed the parties to file, on or before December 27, 2023, computations for entry of decision under Rule 155, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. On October 17, 2023, respondent filed a Computation for Entry of Decision which fails to state whether it is an agreed or unagreed computation under Rule 155. As a result, the Court will direct respondent to file a supplement to his Computation for Entry of Decision stating whether the computation is agreed or unagreed.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2023, respondent shall file a supplement to his Computation for Entry of Decision, filed October 17, 2023, stating therein whether the computation is agreed or unagreed. If unagreed, respondent shall describe for the Court his efforts to reach agreement with petitioner as to the amount to be included in the decision.
