Appeal pursuant to Fla.R.App.P. 9.140(i) from the Circuit Court for Collier County; William L. Blackwell, Judge.


David Baldwin (a/k/a William D. Baldwin) appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Based on the allegations in Baldwin's motion, we affirm in all respects the trial court's order, which includes attachments that conclusively refute Baldwin's claims.

Affirmed.
