Argued March 14, 1972. Before JONES, C. J., EAGEN, O'BRIEN, ROBERTS, POMEROY, NIX and MANDERINO, JJ.

Appeal, No. 47, March T., 1972, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Erie County, No. 179 of 1970, in the matter of the estate of Viola Sink Baldwin, deceased. Decree affirmed; reargument refused May 23, 1972.

Proceeding on petition to revoke letters testamentary and to have antenuptial agreement declared invalid. Before DWYER, P. J.

Decree entered dismissing petition to revoke letters testamentary and declaring antenuptial agreement to be valid and binding upon petitioner, exceptions dismissed and final decree entered. Petitioner appealed.
