DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 15, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to waive the motion filing fee, and to stay enforcement of the order and a judgment of the same court dated March 16, 2018, and to lift "all blocks and restrictions" from her checking account, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed for failure to pay the motion filing fee (see CPLR 8022[b]).
