Nina Bakhtin, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Apple, Inc. doing business as Apple Store, Fifth Avenue, Defendant-Respondent.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 17, 2019, And counsel for plaintiff-appellant, Joseph T. Mullen, Jr. & Associates, having moved for an order relieving it as counsel; and granting plaintiff forty-five (45) days from notice of entry of the order on this motion, to either (i) retain new counsel to prosecute the appeal, (ii) advise the Court that she has determined to proceed pro se, or (iii) withdraw the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of relieving counsel, and is otherwise denied.
