ORDER

On May 17, 2017, after granting a second motion for extension of time, we ordered Appellant to file his amended brief by May 31, 2017, or this court would order court-appointed appellate counsel to file a brief on Appellant's behalf.

Appellant has failed to file an amended brief. We, therefore, ORDER Attorney Chris Iles, court-appointed appellate attorney, to file Appellant's brief with this court no later than July 10, 2017.
