Opinion
May 4, 1949.
Appeal from Supreme Court.
Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Santry and Bergan, JJ.
The action was brought to determine conflicting claims to real property pursuant to article 15 of the Real Property Law. The trial court found that the period in which defendants might redeem the property had expired at the time of the commencement of their action. The proof sustains that finding. Judgment and orders unanimously affirmed, with costs.
